General Shipping Information
At Lash Aesthetic AU, we prioritize a seamless and efficient shipping process for all our customers. To ensure timely delivery, we have partnered with Australia Post and DHL as our trusted shipping partners (“Shipping Partners”). For orders within Australia, any purchase exceeding AUD $199.00 qualifies for free express shipping, with no promotional code required.

ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH

Order Fulfillment Hours

We process Orders during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Perth, WA (“Business Days”). Orders placed after 3:00 PM on any Business Day will be processed on the next Business Day. Orders made over the weekend or during public holidays will be packed and dispatched on the following Business Day.
Estimated Dispatch Time
We strive to pack and dispatch Orders promptly, adhering to the estimated timelines outlined in this Policy and on our website. However, these timeframes are estimates and can be impacted by various factors such as peak sales periods, high demand during product launches, and other external factors, including the capacity of our Shipping Partners.

Missing or Returned Parcels
In the rare event that your parcel is lost or goes missing, we advise initiating an investigation directly with Australia Post by submitting a missing parcel inquiry via their website. If your parcel is returned to us under unusual circumstances, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred to have it re-shipped. An invoice for these charges will be provided to you by Lash Aesthetic AU.

Receiving Your Order
Once your Order is dispatched, it will be delivered to the address you provided during checkout. Depending on the delivery method, you may be required to sign for your package upon receipt. If you or your authorized representative is unavailable to receive the delivery, we may leave the Order at the designated shipping address.
Please note, Lash Aesthetic AU is not liable for any lost, misplaced, or stolen parcels once they have been handed over to the Shipping Partner.

SHIPPING TIMES AND METHODS
Upon placing your Order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Once the Order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from our Shipping Partner, containing your tracking details.

Domestic Orders (Australia)
All domestic Orders are shipped via express post. The typical delivery time for domestic Orders is between 1 to 3 Business Days. However, orders to rural or remote locations may experience longer delivery times.

International Orders
We offer international shipping via DHL or Australia Post, depending on the destination country. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and you can expect to receive your Order within 15 Business Days from the date of purchase. Please be aware that international shipments may incur additional customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country’s authorities (“Charges”). You, as the recipient, are responsible for these Charges, and payment may be required to release your Order from customs.

Incorrect Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to ensure that all information, particularly the shipping address, provided during checkout is accurate. If you realize that you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at the details provided below. While we will make reasonable efforts to amend the shipping address, we cannot guarantee that the change can be made if you contact us more than 2 days after placing your Order. In the case of an incorrect shipping address, Lash Aesthetic AU is not liable for any non-receipt, loss, or theft of the Order, and no compensation will be provided for such issues.

Store Pickup Option
For customers in Western Australia, we offer a store pickup option. If you select this during checkout, you will receive an email confirming when your Order is ready for collection. To avoid any delays, please contact us via email or text message before arriving to ensure your Order is prepared and ready.

Upon collection, you may be required to present the proof of purchase email and a valid photo ID. If you fail to collect your Order on the specified date and time, your collection will be rescheduled to the next available date.
