RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
At Lash Aesthetic, we prioritize customer satisfaction and product quality. We ensure that all items are thoroughly tested before being made available for sale to guarantee they meet the highest standards. Before using any of our products, please carefully read the instructions on the product label and our website to ensure proper usage.
RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing customers to return items within 30 days from the date of purchase. However, certain items are excluded from this policy, including those purchased during sales events or promotions. All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Sales Events and Final Sale Items
Please note that items purchased during promotional or discounted sales events are non-returnable and final sale. These events include:
• Seasonal Sales: Special promotions during holidays such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, or Black Friday.
• Flash Sales: Time-limited offers with discounted products available for short periods.
• Clearance Sales: Sales intended to clear out old or discontinued inventory.
• Anniversary Sales: Promotions in celebration of company milestones.
• Bundle Deals: Discounted bundled products offered as part of a special deal.
Items purchased during these sales events cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Please carefully review your order before completing a purchase during these periods.
RETURN CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURE
To initiate a return, customers must contact us via email at lashaesthetic.au@gmail.com within 30 days of their purchase. Products must be returned in the following condition:
• Unused and Unopened: The product must be in its original packaging, with all seals intact.
• Undamaged: Products must not be damaged, altered, or used in any way.
• Original Packaging: The return package should include the original packaging, including labels and receipts where possible.
If the product is damaged or faulty, we require photo evidence of the defect to proceed with a return. Please email us a photo of the damaged item within 3 days of receiving your package. We will then evaluate the issue and provide further instructions.
Returns for damaged or faulty products will be processed within 3 to 7 business days upon receiving the item. Please be aware that shipping charges for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Lash Aesthetic is not responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. For returns made for change of mind or where free shipping was initially applied, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, the most efficient way to ensure you receive the correct product is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Return shipping charges apply for exchanges.
Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
For returns related to a change of mind, the refund will be minus the shipping fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. If free shipping was applied to your order, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
NON-RETURNABLE/REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Certain items are exempt from returns, including:
• Sale Items: All items purchased during sales events, including clearance and promotional sales, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Gift Cards: As per standard policy, gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Preorder Items: These include large items such as lash beds, chairs, trolleys, and any equipment or furniture related to lash extensions. Preorder items are non-returnable.
• Personalized Items: Any custom or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Used or Opened Products: Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Damaged Products: Items that have been damaged after delivery, or altered in any way, cannot be returned or refunded.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our Returns and Refunds Policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. All goods are guaranteed to meet the consumer guarantees outlined in the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If the product you receive has a major fault or defect, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund. You are also entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
For valid claims under Australian Consumer Law, Lash Aesthetic will refund the return shipping costs, and depending on the failure, either dispatch a replacement product or provide a full refund. In all other instances, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
